Access details for those with mobility difficulties

Hesselberg is a summit with easy access. The Car park has at least three parking spaces reserved for those with disabilities and although the sign in the car park states 100 metres to the summit, it's nearer 60m. The start of the track is paved but as you turn off to go up to the very summit (with a holy cross and Trig Point stone), it's a rough track with the final climb on grass. If you need a wheelchair, you will need someone to push you for this last section. Once on the summit there is a wooden table with seating banks where equipment can be placed and also some information signs which are handy supports for antenna masts.
